Un concept nou pe piata restaurantelor brasovene, primul restaurant cu specific libanez, aduce bucataria si traditia libaneza in orasul de sub Tampa.

Pornit de la premiza "calitatea pe primul loc", toate produsele oferite sunt proaspete si se prepara la momentul comenzii.

Am ramas impresionata de serviciile acestui restaurant..de la fetele care serveau pana la sef care muncea cu ele. Totul este decorat si mobilat cu lucruri din Iordania (pana si lavabila de pe pereti - ne-a zis patronul ca e adusa din tara lui)...mancarurile sunt descrise astfel incat sa iti dai seama ce alegi, iar daca nu te poti decide fetele iti prezinta exact modul cum sunt gatite mancarurile si iti pot recomanda ceva traditional libanez....desertul (Cashta) a fost o minunatie...Nota 10 pentru tot ceea ce faceti! PS: Comanda vine repede, seful e f atent cu clientii si urmareste totul indeaproape, e f amabil si iti explica tot ceea ce vrei sa stii....iar de preturi: pe 27 ian 2012 am platit 80 lei pe 2 feluri de mancare (bazate pe pui), 2 deserturi, o bere si un ceai verde. Eu zic ca e f bine! Incercati si nu veti fi dezamagiti!

I think you've done a nice job on this, Amanda, particularly in keeipng it realistic . As a small farmer with just a pair of milk cows, many of the issues you address in this document regarding GMOs, forage feeding, and cleanliness really hit home. Thank you for pointing out to raw milk buyers the sorts of problems tiny producers are up against.The one issue I disagree on (not w/you but the production guide) is the non absorbent floor in the milking parlor. I believe this creates a waste water nightmare. I have a clay floor in my milking parlor (a traditional barn floor material) that rapidly neutralizes any pathogens. I milk into an open pail and filter in the house, chill in the back of the fridge. The only time I've had contamination issues is when a jar is not clean enough, a cow has an undetected high SCC, or I spill the entire batch of cheese curds on my tiled kitchen floor. The latter is proof (in my mind) that pathogens thrive on non absorbent concrete-like material.My milk typically keeps for weeks in the fridge w/a canning lid applied right after filtering. It has been reported to keep fresh in the fridge for as long as a month.Thanks for producing a comprehensive and REASONABLE document.

bueeeyy, si am uitat sa mai zic ceva...oamenii astia, banuiesc ca si al tau e mlsuuman, sunt ciudati. pe mine m-a luat unul de vorba acum cateva luni pe yahoo 360. farzad il chema. m-a intrebat ce fac. i-am raspuns. am mai schimbat cateva informatii, gen: unde stai, ce faci, etc...si apoi imi trimite o prietena de a lui din lista un mesaj ca: felicitari, vorbesti cu farzad, va potriviti. :-O apoi nu stiu de unde a facut asta rost de id ul meu si a intrat intr-o seara si m-a intrebat daca vreau sa ma marit cu el, ca el nu vrea o alta prietenie. vroia casatorie. eu bineinteles ca am inceput sa ma amuz si sa iau totul in gluma. el s-a suparat si a zis ca sunt o femeie neserioasa si ca o sa raman nemaritata. m-a mai intrebat odata daca sigur nu vreau sa ma ia la el in afganistan si sa fiu nevasta lui si apoi m-a lasat in pace forever :)) oare mi-am ratat sansa? iubirea vietii mele? =))

What's your opinion of the Native Forest <a href="http://krsdysiqit.com">cooucnt</a> milk that claims to be in a BPA free can? I find it less creamy than the Thai kitchen brand I was buying at the grocery store, but okay. The reviews on Amazon make it sound like it can be hit or miss.

I made homemade counoct milk from shredded counoct this morning. The taste is so much better than the organic counoct milk in a can. It tastes fresh and doesn't have the tin can taste.
